In the Woolwich Arsenal Station project in the UK, we established a Project Management Office (PMO) for the principal contractor, providing structured oversight and governance. Our leadership was crucial in prioritizing and clarifying the project scope, ensuring the achievement of a critical prelaunch test milestone for the entire Crossrail project. Through transparent and robust programme controls, we improved trust and collaboration between the client and contractor, fostering a more effective partnership and ensuring the timely and successful progress of the station’s development.
