We refreshed the Programme Controls and PMO functions to align with EDF’s requirements, enabling Engie Axima to meet key client expectations. By standing up a fit-for-purpose PMO, we supported schedule acceptance, strengthened NEC3 contract management, and improved risk management, boosting overall delivery confidence.
