In the OL3 Nuclear Plant project in Finland, we established a Project Management Office (PMO) for the client, enabling them to effectively interrogate and monitor the principal contractors’ schedules. This initiative empowered the client to proactively challenge delays and drive the progress of the project, ensuring greater control over its timeline.
