In the Heathrow Airport Capital Infrastructure Programme, we led the Change Control for three major capital programmes, encompassing over 200 projects. Our role focused on putting the client back in control by ensuring they had full oversight and management of their project baselines. We implemented effective change control processes that allowed the client to track and manage scope, schedule, and cost adjustments across the extensive programme.
