The Doha Gold Line project in Qatar involved a new joint venture rail initiative aimed at enhancing the city’s transportation infrastructure. We played a key role in developing a controlled design appraisal and sign-off system, which allowed for easy tracking of each design’s progress. This system ensured that all designs were reviewed and approved in a timely manner, effectively avoiding any delays. As a result, we successfully prevented any contracted penalties, maintaining the project’s schedule and ensuring seamless delivery. Our approach helped streamline the design process, contributing to the project’s overall success and timely completion.
