Digicel Play – Trinidad, involved the successful implementation of a Fibre Network Expansion initiative, where we set up a central Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee the entire programme. This central PMO effectively coordinated and controlled three satellite PMOs across Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad & Tobago, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all regions. We also established robust risk and change management processes that significantly addressed challenges related to procurement and material losses, leading to improved efficiency and cost management. Through strategic oversight and proactive solutions, we were able to streamline operations, minimize risks, and drive the project to successful completion, benefiting the broader Digicel Play network across the Caribbean.
