In the AREVA project in Germany, we focused on enhancing scope management by improving a tool to better manage changes, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Our role included strategically establishing, developing, and standardizing processes in line with project controls best practices, ensuring greater efficiency and consistency across the project. We led the Project Management Office (PMO) and provided project direction through key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reporting. Additionally, we played a central role in leading steering groups and workshops, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders, which was critical in driving the project’s success and meeting its objectives.
